About Casa Dragones Joven Tequila
Casa Dragones is an independent, small-batch producer with a passion for producing quality sipping Tequilas. Treasured by tequila lovers worldwide, each bottle is hand-signed and numbered, symbolizing their commitment to quality. The Casa Dragones Distillery is situated in the highlands of Jalisco, nestled next to natural crisp spring water and mature agave plants, surrounded by some of the richest soils on earth, where the agaves are left to mature for eight to twelve years.
One thing we can safely say is that Casa Dragones Tequila is created using a modern technique to eliminate impurities and harsh flavors. As opposed to the conventional method of roasting and crushing the agave, raw agave is put through a diffusor to extracts the starches from the shredded agave using hot water. The resultant liquid is then distilled multiple times in a column-still before being filtered.
Producing an extremely smooth palate, this Casa Dragones was named the “Best Blanco Tequila” by Epicurious. Casa Dragones Blanco is 100% Pure Blue Agave silver tequila, delivering the pure essence of agave. The result is an expression of Jalisco terroir, enjoy it neat, on the rocks or in your favorite cocktail.
